We are a Korean company, and it was our first time signing up for home insurance, so we weren't sure what to do, but Robert kindly explained it to us by phone and email. If a nearby Korean company buys a house, I would recommend Goosehead.

"It's easy to say the biggest reason is the money saved. But I also expanded my auto coverage by quite a bit, in addition to saving extra money. Robert was also very patient in explaining things and answering my questions. Also, one time in the middle of our phone call, I had to interrupt Robert to abruptly leave the call to take another urgent call - something that could frustrate anyone. But Robert showed not even a hint of it bothering him - he seemed very understanding and we picked up our call where we left off 20 or 30 min later. I appreciate his understanding and patience with me."
