"It's easy to say the biggest reason is the money saved. But I also expanded my auto coverage by quite a bit, in addition to saving extra money. Robert was also very patient in explaining things and answering my questions. Also, one time in the middle of our phone call, I had to interrupt Robert to abruptly leave the call to take another urgent call - something that could frustrate anyone. But Robert showed not even a hint of it bothering him - he seemed very understanding and we picked up our call where we left off 20 or 30 min later. I appreciate his understanding and patience with me."
